  • Condition context (e.g., diabetes/BP/thyroid/elderly medicine coordination).
  • Medicine list and routine details you provide voluntarily.
  • Booking details (date/time) through Calendly, if used.

How we use information

  • To schedule and deliver the guidance call and follow-up coordination.
  • To understand your routine and provide education/adherence structure.
  • To respond to messages and service requests.
  • To improve service operations (non-identifying internal notes where possible).

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
  • We do not provide diagnosis or prescriptions via P-PAC.
  • We do not promise medical outcomes.

Data sharing

Data may be processed by third-party tools you choose to use (for example, WhatsApp for messaging and Calendly for scheduling). Use those services only if you agree with their terms.

Security

Reasonable steps are taken to protect information, but no method of online communication is 100% secure. Share only what is necessary.
