Terms (P-PAC bookings)
Last updated: January 2026
1) Scope of service
- P-PAC is a pharmacist-assisted education and guidance call focused on routine, adherence, and safety.
- P-PAC is not a doctor consultation and does not provide diagnosis or prescriptions.
- Any decisions about starting/stopping/changing medicines must be made with a licensed doctor.
2) Eligibility and responsibility
- You confirm that you are booking for yourself or you have consent to book on behalf of the patient.
- You agree to share accurate information (medicine list, routine, history as needed for education).
- You are responsible for seeking urgent medical care when symptoms are severe or worsening.
3) Booking and communication
Bookings may happen through Calendly or via WhatsApp coordination.
- If you book through Calendly, you will receive scheduling confirmations and reminders through Calendly’s system. [web:139]
- WhatsApp is used for coordination; do not share OTPs, passwords, or sensitive IDs.
4) Payments (if applicable)
If payments are collected during booking (for example via Stripe/other payment methods), refunds are not automatically processed by Calendly and are generally handled manually by the business/payment processor. [web:132][web:142]
If your booking currently does not collect payment, this section applies only when/if payment is added later.
5) Rescheduling policy
- You can request rescheduling via the booking link or by contacting us on WhatsApp/email.
- Please reschedule as early as possible so the slot can be offered to someone else.
- Repeated reschedules may require a new booking depending on availability.
Calendly supports communicating cancellation policies during booking (displayed to invitees). [web:139]
6) Cancellation policy
Time is reserved exclusively for your slot, so late cancellations create direct loss of availability.
- Cancel 24+ hours before: eligible for full refund (if paid) or free reschedule.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before: refund may not be provided (or may be partial), depending on the reason and whether the slot can be refilled.
- No-show: treated as a completed session; not refundable.
If you want, the exact “24 hours” window can be changed to 48 hours; just confirm your preference.
7) Refund policy
Refund requests must be sent to pals.pharmacy007@gmail.com with booking details (name, date/time, phone number, and reason).
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
- Processing time can vary by payment provider/bank.
- If a session has already been delivered, it is generally non-refundable.
8) Medical disclaimer (important)
Educational use only
The information shared through P-PAC is for educational purposes and does not substitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. [web:121][web:124]
If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
9) Conduct and misuse
- Abusive language, harassment, or repeated misuse may lead to termination of the session.
- If the session is terminated due to misconduct, refunds may not be provided.
10) Policy updates
These terms may be updated to reflect operational changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Book only if you agree
If you agree to the above terms, you may proceed to booking.
Tip: Calendly can show your cancellation policy and set expectations during booking. [web:139]
